대구 40년 전통 연탄 불고기 전문점
대구에서 보내는 마지막 날, 아침 겸 점심을 맛없는 음식을 먹는 바람에 모든 것이 망쳐졌다. 대구에 와서 맛있는 것만 잔뜩 먹었는데 하필 마지막 날의 시작을......
그렇게 우울하게 걷다가 KTX 타러 가기 전에 저녁은 먹어야 해서 한참을 걷고 또 걷다가 우연히 발견한 40년 전통 연탄 불고기 전문점. 우리가 도착한 시간은 오후 5시경.
국일 불갈비가 뭔지는 모르겠으나 일단 돌아다닌 곳 중에서 고르자니 선택지가 없어 일단 들어갔다. 들어가 보니 표창장과 싸인, 방송사 등등이 걸려있었는데 솔직히 광고를 믿지 않는 우리한테는 상관없는 내용이고, 배고프니 가장 기본으로 2인분 시켜 먹기로 했다.
가격 나쁘지 않았고, 우리가 생각했던 비주얼은 아니었으나 먹어보고 싶은 비주얼이었달까? 배고프기도 했고, 냄새가 너무 좋아 일단 크게 한입 먹어보고 느낀 점은 오늘의 그 망할 시래기가 단박에 잊혀지는 맛이었다. 진짜 대박 엄청 개존맛은 아니지만 이 정도면 괜찮다. 맛은 좀 있네 정도랄까? 절대미각의 요리사는 아니지만 까탈스러운 우리 입맛에는 괜찮았다. 그래서였는지 아니면 우리가 대구에 있는 동안 위가 늘어나서인지 추가로 2인분을 시키고 소주 3병을 마시고 대구의 마지막 여행을 끝마쳤다.
정말 먹기 위해 간 이번 대구여행은 하마터면 음식으로 망할뻔 했는데 다행히 잘 마무리 지어 좋은 추억이 생겼다. 또다시 먹기 위해 대구에 1박 2일로 방문하게 될 것 같다. 대구 유흥 양념치킨을 먹기 위해-
