I'm back y'all. Thanks for joining me. Welcome to Kayla's page if you are new. My next meal is also healthy. I'm gonna share five make-ahead fat-burning breakfast smoothies in today's video.

As of right now, I have two more videos. It is in this meal. I've shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five make-ahead lunch recipes in the Prep Series. If you have not seen those, I will link the playlist below for you. Please remember all the recipes you see in this meal prep series will always be 100 % gluten free.

Many of these recipes are also low-carb and keto friendly. Most of them are paleo friendly. Let's begin now. Here are two recipes for blueberry muffin protein smoothies.


With this one, you're sure to stick to a low-carb diet. I will use unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground chia seeds, a good protein powder, and almond butter, and for the protein I'm going to use one of the best I have.

Essentially, this is bulletproof collagen with vanilla flavor and already has a low carb sweetener mixed in. You might need to add something like stevia to low carb smoothies if your protein powder doesn't have it.

Put all your ingredients in the blender and blend them until they're as smooth as ice cream. Now, if you want to put this smoothie in the refrigerator, add a little fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next up is my lean, green matcha smoothie.

Unlike the others, this is paleo, but I think it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Here goes. There are gonna be: unsweetened, almond milk, bananas, spinach, ground, chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You can download and print the recipes from my blog. I'll leave the link below in the description box for y'all to enjoy, this is one of my favorite shows.

As it is. In the next smoothie, the matcha powder really helps increase your capital. Is my energizing cacao working? The smoothie in this recipe is low in carbs, low in sugar, and paleo-friendly. The following items will need to be made: almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

MCT oil or coconut oil can help to increase fat burning from my smoothies because of their medium chain, fatty acids. Increase brainpower and energy. This if you happen to have a chocolate craving, and I enjoy having it in the afternoon, especially if I need to pick myself up and keep going with my diet.

We're going to make my matcha beet smoothie to energize us. There is a paleo-friendly version of this. Almond milk, a small beet banana, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all needed.

I know you don't like beets, but you'll have to believe me. In addition to being a delicious snack, beets are rich in antioxidants called beta simian that can effectively combat free radicals within the body.

I honestly believe you would benefit from removing toxins from the liver and fatty deposits from your bloodstream, as a healthy liver leads to a healthy metabolic rate that leads to optimal fat loss.

It will turn out to be a delicious smoothie, so definitely try it. Lastly, here's my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Here we have another low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe, but it is intense so be sure to start slowly.

It will require unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon and ground ginger. Turmeric and ginger are powerful spices that can cleanse the body, boost metabolism, and reduce inflammation.

It's really good. I love drinking it. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. However, you should begin very gradually, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.
