Communicating the change vision; Design communication strategy that consider to be effective, simple, clear, concise and use every single opportunity to talk about the new vision with your team members or staff and thereby note their thinking, concerns, and apprehension. Ensure the new vision is accepted across the team members or organization because poor communication of new vision is tantamount to failed vision. Take the employees on the journey of the new vison and spotlight the change agents (guiding coalition team have a vital role to play here) .it is crucial that the employees have their own share of understanding, goals, and direction of the new vision. (Kings James Version Bible,2014,Amos 3:3) “Can two walk together except they agreed” Employee buy-in to the change is key, understanding what the new vision will bring to their personal and organizational life (benefit or solution) Communication of vision should be part and parcel of daily discussion, the more you talk about it , the more employees are getting more insight of the vision (Herold,2018). Communication is of essence when trying to gain understanding of the employees and lead by example (Herold,2018). For instance, I worked in the bank and Our then CEO made a new year speech that the year “2020 is year of running” for the bank in terms of digital transformation and customer centric. I mediately asked myself, what is the benefit I told one my colleagues that I do not have the running shoes (could not map my mind /visualize the vision). I did not understand the vision nor beneficial aspect of it. Assuming there are team meetings on the bank new vision, the launching would excite me and change my mindset.
