Hello, I would like to share my experience using a diet called the smoothie diet. The diet started. My weight had increased 70 pounds throughout both of my pregnancies, and I had tried many other ways to drop the weight, but nothing was working.


The smoothie diet was so easy to follow that everything was just too hard or I was always hungry and cranky. Smoothies, which taste amazing, are simply substituted for certain meals.

I found this diet to be very user-friendly, including shopping lists and recipes. Using everything I learned with the program, I have maintained the weight loss. Having lost almost 70 pounds at this point, I am feeling good about my progress.
