Here are some results I've experienced following the smoothie diet. As of yesterday, I began my diet. In total, I had gained about 70 pounds during both pregnancies and tried many different weight loss methods to lose the weight without any success.
Everything just seemed hard or I was always hungry and irritable, so I turned to smoothie diet, which is easy to follow. Simply make the smoothies, which taste amazing, and replace certain meals with them.
It was very easy to follow, I had shopping lists and recipes included. The program taught me how to keep the weight off by using everything I learned. Now that I've lost almost 70 pounds, I'm very happy about my progress.
These smoothies were tasty and filling. It was never an issue for me. Especially as a mom, the best part was the enormous energy that I felt and was missing out on.
