I. Design Flyer- Should have a Universal Flyer that everyone can plug and play at one time. If they want to develop own flyer than it is ok in addition to the Flyer Designed by our Committee.
2. Design Tee Shirts- Have ordered Tee Shirt from Amazon that cost $11.99 per shirt, and $5.00 to print total cost $17.00 regular Camouflage male Tee shirt....Need to have a size chart List started...…
charge $20.00/ $3.00 profit/shirt
3.Food Set up for Volunteers- Breakfast Food like shack bars, small juices, apples, oranges, water
Lunchbox for lunch provided by our Preferred Vendor - contact the vendor
4.Vendor Participation- Sponsorship for cost of the event- Design the letter to send out to the Vendor., Agent partners to solicit their business relationship partners.
5.Organize the tables for the day of the event; Manage Volunteer groups of 4 for each station , organize sign in sheets and time slots. Event;
A.Station 1- Intake from participants/5 PPL. Have clipboards get number of boxes.
B.Station 2 - Drop Off- boxes of documents , table out
C.Station 3 - Pass out Promo Material to participants
D.Station 4 - Pass out Swag Bags - Question - How can we have the persons Bags arranged to give them out to their clients - One Idea have different times that they volunteer. 2nd Have everyone make their own swag bag "ask who invited you" 3rd Idea have a general Swag Bag from KWPP and let the ppl. Follow-up with their guest
E.Station 5 - KW Cares Donations
5.Attend the close out meeting on 11/21/21 to discuss the good, the bad and the must not do again.
