How can you avoid boredom during long hours as a security officer at an underground facility

The times are challenging. It is difficult to navigate the current gig economy. I used to do extremely well prior to the outbreak of the pandemic and, in addition to my primary job as dental assistant, I had to pick up the night-time security job at a local machine production plant that is close to where I live. I've been experimenting with new videos for fixing my car in recent months. While I don’t know what to do to apply these methods to my vehicle immediately I do like watching people fixing their vehicles. Same goes for any DIY videos, - they're usually informative and simple to watch. Then I ran across another issue. Then or later, internet stopped working on my phone, so I couldn't watch anything or perform any other useful activity at all, because as we've all seen these days, nothing works without internet or even the speedy and simple "do it yourself" videos.... And I came across a fantastic solution - preparation.. I found out how to download Youtube videos onto my phone. Then, while internet was down for hours, I was able to easily watch DIY videos directly from my phone. It makes no difference whether you're watching the video on the phone, whether you stream it on an internet site or on the internet, or download video at home, and then stream it on your phone when there's no internet connection or wifi. It's as easy and straightforward as DVR.

In the spirit of TV, I've figured out how you can download the latest episodes or films straight to your laptop. My laptop is so much superior to my phones and speakers that I bring it with me when I go to work. I just signed up for HULU, and now I have Netflix and Hulu. Both of them let you download their apps and instead of watching a movie you can save it for download, and put it off for a couple of hours, based on the length of the show as well as the quality options you picked the movie will be transferred to your device and you can watch any time with or with no internet connection. Even though it is only 15 minutes long, I can still watch TV on the train to work.

I have many other informative or simply interesting resources that I can access at home in order to shorten the pace. YouTube's webinars are great. However, it's tough to focus on the message when you're interrupted multiple times. This is what I mean. You'll get the idea.


Sometimes, I drive my son to work. My wife's night shift is too late, and it's difficult for me to remain at home with my child. So I take him along with me, place him near the computer screens where I can monitor my own work and in a matter of minutes he is asleep.. When he awakes I offer him my laptop and some of the music videos that I downloaded. He's happy, and I'm happy to do my own thing with my mobile. This is what makes us feel more comfortable together, when we do our own thing. He is a fan of coming to my house with me. This could be due to the fact that it's late at night, which is what children would like to do.
