Uniform Policy

Greetings Juzos community. I am pleased to announce that uniforms will soon be coming into the juice bar. In order to prepare for this,
I have created a full uniform policy for all staff to use to have clarification on the rules and regulations.

Purpose
Uniforms are a way of bringing a clean and professional look to staff, but also provide a sense of group spirit in a mild manner.
The purpose of this policy is to benefit both the customers and the staff on clarification on the rules and regulations of uniforms.

Rules and Regulations
The uniforms will be located in the work area in the juice bar. All Staff (designated as the ranks of Awaiting Juicer to Holder), besides exemptions stated below,
are required to wear both the top and bottom of the uniform while classified as On-Duty (currently working or waiting for a customer). Staff are required not to complain or disobey
these policies, or possible disciplinary action may be held.

Exemptions
The Staff that are not required to wear uniforms are the ranks of Vice President, President, and the Ownership Team. If you wish for a specific exemption, stating a claim in reasonable terms,
please contact any member of the Ownership Team and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

Discipline Guide
If any Staff member does not wear both the top and bottom of the uniform, as stated above, disciplinary action will be taken. The following steps will be taken:
A warning will first be issued to the staff member verbally with no log or following punishment.
If the staff member refuses or forgets, a final warning will be issued.
With further disobedience, a log will be issued and the staff member will receive a punishment of a longer promotion cooldown.
If this still continues, another log will be issued the staff member will be demoted one rank.
Further action must be decided by the Ownership Team if the staff member continues to not wear the uniform.

We hope none of this ever happens, but this is in place to ensure that there are no differences in staff disciplining a lower rank for uniform purposes.

IMPORTANT: Only a higher rank can punish a Staff member for uniform purposes or any other discipline purpose. If you are someone who is a lower rank than the person violating these terms,
please contact a higher rank (than the violator) either in-game or on the Communications Server to take further actions.

Location
The uniforms will be located in the juice bar and in the group shop, and you have to option to choose which way you can put it on.

Punishment Logs
A new channel or an existing channel will be either created or modified to create a space to log punishments. If you are logging a punishment, please do so in the following
format:

(Your Roblox Username - not your nickname) is punishing (The Staff Member's Roblox Username) for (either refusing or forgetting) to put on their uniform by (the punishment above).
Here's an example: dcfvghjh is punishing PenguinTheCollector for refusing to put on their uniform by giving them a longer promotion cooldown.
