Choosing an Electric Grease Gun
An industrial grease gun is utilized to deliver just the correct amount of grease to lubricate bearings, where it is needed. The classification of these guns begins with the first type, pneumatic grease guns. These are powered by a compressed gas such as propane or nitrogen. The gun is discharged with the use of a trigger.

Next in the line are the electrical pneumatic guns. These are also powered by compressed gas but this time, electricity is used to power the mechanism. In order to power these types of batteries, many manufacturers place a small amount of auxiliary power into the battery itself. This allows the user to operate their grease gun without using a large amount of electrical power.
