해남햇살은 지역 농산물의 판로를 개척하기 위해 목포 지역의 식당을 모두 방문하는 수고도 마다하지 않는다. 절임배추, 김치양념 판매를 시작으로, 올해부터는 상품성이 떨어지는 낙과를 이용하여 잼을 만드는 등 영역을 확장하고 있다. 우리들곳간은 주로 보리, 밀 등을 수매하여 판매해 온 가운데 이를 가공해 소포장 후 판매하는 전략으로 변화를 꾀하고 있다.
