hanya bentuk atau penampilan luar nya, namun suara, perilaku dan hal-hal yang mengukuhkan eksistensi objek tersebut.
Ini berbeda dengan mengubah benda mati dangan benda mati lainya, sebab mahluk hidup memiliki struktur atau susunan tubuh yang kompleks seperti syaraf, sel dan macam-macam, lagi semantara benda mati tidak.
contoh mantra dari tranfigurasi ini adalah Vermiculus, Ducklifors, Pullus, dan macam-macam lagi.
Selain itu dalam praktek ini juga di kenal istilah Transfigurasi Kombinasi yaitu dimana 2 mahluk hidup di silangkan dengan 1 mantra, sehingga mendapatkan 1 mahluk hidup dengan jenis baru. Hal ini sangat di atur oleh kementrian sihir sebab penyilangan mahluk hidup yang menghasilkan jenis baru harus di data dan biasa nya para Ahli sihir atau peneliti lah yang mendalami bidang ini.
