Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel. Kayla here, and I am new here. Welcome. So I had another healthy meal. Today I'm gonna share five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead, and they'll last you until lunchtime.

I have already created two other videos. It is in this meal. With the Prep series, I shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes. If you haven't seen them, I'll link them below for you and don't forget that we will always be providing 100% gluten-free recipes in this series.

All of them will be paleo-friendly, and a lot will be low-carb or keto-friendly. I'm ready to jump into this. Let's start. This recipe is for my protein smoothie with blueberries from a muffin.

With this one, you're sure to stick to a low-carb diet. The ingredients for this smoothie include almond milk, blueberries, chia seeds, protein powder, almond butter and one of my favorite proteins.

The collagen protein with vanilla flavor from bulletproof already contains low-carb sweeteners. However, if your protein powder is not stevia, then you could add it to low carb smoothies.

If you want to sweeten it up a bit, go ahead and add all your ingredients to your blender after which you will blend until it's extra smooth. Now, to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days, add a little fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next up is my lean, green matcha smoothie.

Unlike the others, this is paleo, but I think it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Here's what I have to say. The ingredients are: almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and don't forget to blend. You can download and print the recipes from my blog. I'll leave the link below in the description box for y'all to enjoy, this is one of my favorite shows.

Yes, it is. This super energizing smoothie is infused with matcha powder that will increase your capitalism. Does my cacao energize me? This mocha smoothie is low-carb, paleo, and low-sugar. You'll need unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil, coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

Adding MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies helps to increase fat burning because they contain medium chain fatty acids. This plus this smoothie is great if you're craving something sweet, and I also enjoy drinking this smoothie during the afternoon, especially if I need to pick myself up and keep going with my diet.

This time we'll make my matcha beet smoothie which is energizing. There's no dairy or gluten in this one. Besides unsweetened almond milk, you will also need a small beet banana, flax, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder.

You must trust me on this one, even if you don't like beets. Beetroot, even though it contains a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, actually tastes great thanks to the banana.

I honestly believe you will feel better if you do this-it can help eliminate toxins from your liver and fatty deposits from your bloodstream, and a clean liver equates to a healthy metabolism, which translates to maximum fat loss.

It will turn out to be a delicious smoothie, so definitely try it. Finally, I am sharing my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Tumeric is a super-powerful antioxidant, but it's also very potent so it's best to start slowly and increase the dosage as you progress.

Unsweetened almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, ground turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger are all necessary. Turmeric and ginger are powerful spices that can cleanse the body, boost metabolism, and reduce inflammation.

Smoothies like this are my favorite. In case I ate a little too much the day before, it can help reduce bloating and inflammation fast. If you're not used to ginger and turmeric, you should start slowly.
