I'm back y'all. Thanks for joining me. Kayla here, and I am new here. Welcome. Therefore, I ate another healthy meal. The video below will show you five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead.

Two more videos are already on my channel. As part of this meal. The prep series has featured five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes. I'll link the playlist below so you can check out the videos, and do remember that the recipes in this meal prep series will always be 100% gluten free.

There will be a lot of paleo-friendly recipes, and plenty of carb-free and ketogenic ones as well. Right, let's get to work. Here are two recipes for blueberry muffin protein smoothies.

This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. For the protein, I recommend one of my favorites. For the blueberries, ground chia seeds, and the almond butter, you will also need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, and a high-quality protein powder.

Basically, it's the bulletproof collagen protein with vanilla taste pre-mixed with a low carb sweetener. For low carb smoothies, you may need to add something like stevia if your protein powder doesn't contain that.

In order to sweeten things up a little bit, just mix all your ingredients in the blender and blend until it's smooth. Now, to keep this smoothie fresh for a few days in the refrigerator, add a little fresh lemon juice and you're good to go. Next up is my lean, green matcha smoothie.

Unlike the others, this is paleo, but I think it can also be made low-carb by removing the banana and adding more avocado. Let me tell you what I did. You will need almond milk unsweetened, banana, spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender. Don't forget. You can print all of these recipes from my blog. It would be great if you could leave it linked in the description box below. This is one of my favorites.

This is. Smoothies with matcha powder are energizing, and they boost your capitalism on a daily basis. Is my energy-boosting cacao effective? This mocha smoothie is low-carb, paleo, and low-sugar. To make this smoothie, you'll need almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

My favorite reason for adding coconut oil or MCT oil to my smoothies is because these medium chain fatty acids may aid in fat burning. Increase brainpower and energy. This especially if you're craving something chocolaty, and I enjoy having it in the afternoon, or during the day if I need a boost of energy or moving to more smoothies.

I'll whip up my energizing matcha beet smoothie for you. There is a paleo-friendly version of this. Unsweetened almond milk, banana, flax seed, oil, chia seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all necessary.

I know that not everyone is fond of beets, but you can trust me on this one. In addition to being a delicious snack, beets are rich in antioxidants called beta simian that can effectively combat free radicals within the body.

Toxins from the liver are removed, as well as fat deposits from your bloodstream, and having a healthy liver means you'll burn fat at a higher rate, so I think you'll lose a lot of weight if you do that.

Try it and you'll be surprised by the taste. Finally, I'm sharing my tumeric smoothie recipe. Here is a low carb, paleo friendly recipe, but be sure to start slowly with the turmeric.

Almond milk, ground chia seeds, coconut oil (or MCT oil), protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger (ground) will all be required. Turmeric and ginger are powerful spices that can stimulate the metabolism, improve circulation and reduce inflammation.

Smoothies like this one are my favorites. It is fantastic for reducing bloating and inflammation after overeating the day before. You should start slowly with turmeric and ginger if you are not accustomed to the taste.
