Thanks for checking out my channel again. Welcome! My name is Kayla and I'm new here. Here's another healthy meal for me. To make life easier, I'll be sharing five make-ahead fat-burning breakfast smoothies.
I have already created two other videos. As part of this meal. As part of the Prep series, I've shared my five prep-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five prep-ahead lunch recipes. If you haven't seen those playlists, here's a link to that playlist, and please note that all recipes in this series are 100% gluten-free.
Most of them will be paleo-friendly, as well as low-carb and keto-friendly. Let's jump right in and get started. In this recipe, I make a blueberry muffin protein smoothie.
Then here's one that is low carb, paleo and low fat. To make this, you need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, and almond butter, and today I'm using one of my favorite protein powders.
With this one, there is already a low-carb sweetener added to the bulletproof collagen protein. For a low carb smoothie, however, if your protein powder does not contain that, you may want to add stevia instead.
Put all your ingredients in the blender and blend them until they're as smooth as ice cream. Now, if you want to keep this smoothie in the refrigerator for a few days, be sure to add some fresh lemon juice to it and this one will stay fresh. Up next is my lean green matcha smoothie.
This is also paleo, but you can make it low-carb by removing the banana and adding a little extra avocado. Here's what I have to say. The ingredients are: almond milk, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and don't forget to blend. You can download and print the recipes from my blog. Below I'll leave a link to that one because it's one of my favorites.
There it is. This super energizing smoothie is infused with matcha powder that will increase your capitalism. Is the cacao I'm consuming energizing? This low-carb, paleo-friendly mocha smoothie is filled with chai tea, almond milk, and cinnamon. The ingredients for this dish include unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil or coconut oil, avocado, hemp seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.
Therefore, I like to add MCT oil or coconut oil to my smoothies in order to increase fat burning. Increase brainpower and energy. This if you happen to have a chocolate craving, and I also enjoy drinking this smoothie during the afternoon, particularly if I need a pick-me-up before going to the next one.
Next, I'm making my matcha beet smoothie to help you feel energized. You can use this one as part of a paleo diet. Almond milk unsweetened, a small beet banana, flaxseed oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder will be needed.
If you're not a fan of beets, you'll have to take my word for it. In addition to being a delicious snack, beets are rich in antioxidants called beta simian that can effectively combat free radicals within the body.
I honestly believe you will feel better if you do this-it can help eliminate toxins from your liver and fatty deposits from your bloodstream, and a clean liver equates to a healthy metabolism, which translates to maximum fat loss.
You will be thoroughly impressed with the taste of this smoothie, so definitely give it a try. Finally, I am sharing my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Here we have another low-carb, paleo-friendly recipe, but it is intense so be sure to start slowly.
You'll need unsweetened almond milk, ground, chia, seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, and protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger. Turmeric and ginger are powerful spices that can stimulate the metabolism, improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
It's really good. I love drinking it. In case I ate a little too much the day before, it can help reduce bloating and inflammation fast. Nevertheless, you want to start slow, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.
