If I'm bored, I love to listen to music from different countries. It makes me feel more relaxed.

It's real. I'll admit it. I do occasionally go to Youtube when I'm feeling down. Some of the songs amuse me because it's a huge surprise.. Because other languages sometimes make funny noises to my ears. Russian. I was born in Russia and grew up there until I reached the legal age. Since then I have been living in the USA. Therefore, I've learned a lot of languages. Watching videos in other languages can make me laugh so hard that I am forced to admit it. Music is not important to me since I am mostly listening to the words, emotions and flow. Especially funny to me is French and Turkish Rap and Hip Hop.. Russian recitative and trap. Spanish hard rock. Chinese heavy music. While some of these might not be true but all countries and cultures go through similar stages. This is why the same music genres are common across different cultures. This is the sort of thing I enjoy to observe.

Most of these songs I skip since I am more interested in the local folklore which is the kind of music that can't be heard on the radio in the USA. Russian music seems a little over-the-top to my ears. Maybe it's because I spent all of my adulthood in the USA but Russian music has always seemed weird to me. I'm not sure. Sometimes, it's just a bit superficial.
Even so, I still love a variety of styles of music diverse styles and cultures. This is the reason I suggest that you do it too. It's quite refreshing and, sometimes, hilarious.
