I've run all my life. However, recently I was forced switch to a different route due to Covid pandemic and lockdowns. I began jogging indoors. I also now bike on this awesome stationary bicycle. It has digital display with natural and surrounding views while you ride the paths of the most exotic nations or terrains, and even planets.. The same thing applies to the running section of the treadmill. It displays 360-degree enhanced real-time views of the trails so you can look the left and right. Be sure not to stutter. Songs with 80-90 BPM are ideal to warm up. As I become more comfortable, I will increase the BPM gradually. And repeat. Sometimes I include trampoline. It's great to work out indoors, but my wife is always watching.

Slowly, I accelerate round after round and finish the workout slightly faster each time. While I'm working out I have my TV on and I am able to listen to music or see news coverage. I've lost 10 to 15 percent of my body weight. I want to be the hero of campaigns that show the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle does not need to be a cause for being overweight or unattractive.
