대구 분위기 좋은 두산동 술집
가운데는 오픈 주방으로 뻥 뚫려있고 주방을 바라보면서 먹을 수 있는 닷찌가 있습니다 :)주방이 환하게 트여있어서 더욱 믿고 먹을 수 있을 듯합니다
주방을 기준으로 양옆에는 룸으로 되어 있어서조용하고 오붓하게 즐길 수 있습니다 :) 원래 닷찌있는 가게는 닷찌자리에 앉지만 이 날은 신랑과 오붓한 데이트를 위해 룸으로 앉았습니다
자리에 앉아서 천장을 보면 일식에서 장식으로 많이 쓰이는 얇은 나무 종이인 우스이다로 인테리어를 해놨습니다 :D이렇게 해 놓으니 특이하면서 예쁘고 느낌있더라구요 ㅎㅎ
훈연 삼겹살과 일본식 라면 주문!!
타코와사비, 도토리묵, 고구마 스틱 등기본 안주가 먼저 나오고
뽀오얀 국물에 숙주와 유부, 돼지고기가 올라가 있는
때깔 곱게 훈연되어 나온
꺆그릇들도 예쁘고 플레이팅도 넘나 예쁘게 나와서더욱 먹음직스럽습니다 :D
돈코츠 라멘처럼 진하고 구수한 맛이 아니라생선 육수처럼 깔끔한 맛이 나는 일본식 라멘입니다 :)그 와중에 라면에 메추리알 귀욥 > <ㅎㅎㅎ
때깔 고운 훈연 삼겹살은처음에 나왔을 때 살짝 퍽퍽해 보여서 걱정했었는데먹어보니 웬걸 수육처럼 촉촉하니 부드럽습니다 :D그렇게 두 메뉴 순식간에 끝장내고 안주로 하기 위해 메뉴판을 들었는데 역시 앞에 고기를 먹었으니 당연히 다음 메뉴도 고기 아니겠습니까????!!!!!!!!
대구 안마 양심이 조금 남아서닭다리직화구이 샐러드 주문!!
새싹 샐러드와 맛있게 직화구이 되어 나온
안주로 하기 위해서 기대 없이 주문했다가한 입 먹어보고 한순간에 끝장냈습니다 '0'소스도 너무 맛있고 알맞게 구워져 살짝 바삭한 껍질과 촉촉한 속살 > <(고기만 주워 먹다가 신랑한테 혼남 -/////- ㅋㅋㅋ)
조금 아쉬워서 남은 삼겹살과 맥스 생맥주 홀짝거리며 즐겁게 대화하다가 나왔습니다 ๑•‿•๑
