Good News! Your content pushing problem is now solved.
Yes you were right that wplisting plugin was making issue with the theme codes.
And We had to add this extra codes "</div></div>" to your plugins archive-listing.php and single-listing.php file.
Right before this codes

}
So please keep this noted and adjust this change if you update your plugin in future so that you don't loose the change.
We also made a little adjustment to the header.php file of theme but we put it in your child theme.
So please check out the fix and make sure everything is fine and let us know if we can help you with more issues.
Regarding your website there is so many clutter in the code and everything is done unprofessionally.
