ARRIVAL
The agent is waiting for the passengers at the end of the airbridge or at the terminal entrance with a personalized name board
Passport control and customs should be escorted by Fast Track Lanes whenever possible
Assisting with luggage if porter service is pre-booked in baggage claim hall
Assisting in transportation or reception, depending on needs of the client

DEPARTURE
Before the passenger arrives, the agent contacts the passenger's driver / lead passenger in order to coordinate the drop-off time and location
When pre-arranged, the agent will meet the passengers curbside with the baggage porter.
Assist with all check-in and security formalities, using Fast Track Lanes as needed
Transport to the Departure Lounge and/or boarding gate if arranged

TRANSIT
There is a custom name board at the entrance of the terminal or at the end of the airbridge where our agent meets the passengers
If needed, porter service can be arranged if pre-booked
Assisting with immigration and security formalities by using the Fast Track Lanes when applicable
Arranging transportation to the Departure Lounge and/or to the boarding gate
