Hi,
I sold a shirt under the listing name "EUC Lululemon Swiftly Tech Heathered Neon Pink Size 4 Short Sleeve" to the buyer @marisasikorsky, and then later I sold a pair of shorts under the listing name "Lululemon Hotty Hot Short Blue Glow Size 6 Tall/Long 4” Inseam" to another buyer, but accidentally used the same shipping label from @marisasikorsky on the package that had the shorts in it.
I commented on the listing where @marisasikorsky bought the shirt she actually paid for mentioning the shorts I shipped with the wrong shipping label. She replied back that she did receive the pair of shorts in the mail that she didn't pay for, and she also asked how she could ship those shorts back to me. She then gave me her phone number so that we could contact each other more directly, and agreed that she would ship the shorts back to me if I bought the shipping label. I purchased the shipping label at my own expense, sent the label to her, and asked her to ship them as soon as she could since the other buyer already paid for them. I constantly tracked the shipping number on the label and noticed that she still hadn't shipped them after a few days, and she stated that she would ship them by the end of the week.
A week goes by and she still hasn't shipped them so I reach out to her for a second time and again she says that she'll ship them out by the end of the week. After that, she ignores me so I contact her 3 more times but she still fails to respond to my messages even though she initiated the topic that she received the shorts she didn't pay for AND I paid for the shipping label for her to ship them back to me.
I paid $58 + tax ($62.79) for those shorts and she has essentially STOLEN those shorts from me even though she was the one who first mentioned that she had the shorts and asked how she could ship them back to me. In the rare occassions that she did respond to my messages, her excuses were always "I've been busy with school" yet her instagram account clearly shows otherwise since she is posting nonstop and seems to be having an excessive amount of free time.

I really need a refund on these shorts since I paid $62.79 for them and sold them to another buyer, and @marisasikorsky has stolen them for me. How am I able to get a refund??
