Baroque Architecture
Baroque architecture is a highly elaborate style of design, architecture, and interior art that originated in Italy during the Renaissance period and spread to other regions of Europe, eventually, the U.S., and Asia. It is distinguished by intricate ornate designs as well as bold colors and massive decorations. Baroque architecture features a wealth of influences that range from the earliest times of Rome to the Baroque architecture of the French Revolution. Another striking characteristic of baroque architecture would be the use of large wooden panels as its main embellishment.
