It is possible that Cap will wear the red and blue costume from the comics, whereas The Hulk could be wearing his green and blue suit. Cap could also be titled "captain America," which would place him right in the middle of the conflict. It is possible that Cap may have constructed an Avengers Tower for the United States. This would be similar to the one the US utilized for its military bases on the planet Sakaar. Iron Man will have also built an Avengers Tower in New York City during the Civil War. The Tower is similar in style to the one Tony Stark built in The Incredible Hulk 2, where Iron Man was the leader of the Avengers.
