Introduction

The Dolarz project is a project which aims to launch a cryptocurrency and get it to market using a creative advertising stunt. In this document we will explain the plan from start to finish covering each aspect of it.

These 6 services are the first 6 services The Gypsy organization will be putting to market. Gypsy prime and Gypsy market will be operational Nov6. Gypsy house will be online by Dec1. The rest will follow shortly there after.

GYPSY MARKET

Gypsy market will be an anonymous marketplace for selling large varieties of different products and services. This is like Amazon for the dark net. Our goal with Gypsy market is to give people around the world a safe, secure, reliable place to buy or sell goods and services in a place that they can count on. We want to create a stable ecosystem for both buy and seller that will be sustainable for a long time to come! This market will give users a plethora of different cutting edge features when it comes to Dark net markets such as the means to checkout account-less, wallet-less, and the ability to use Gypsy prime 1-3 day air for qualified products. Not just that, but our market will also be integrated to accept our own currency, “ Dolarz coin”. With Gypsy market we put an emphasis on giving users an easy checkout process. We try to reduce the steps required for users on every step of the way while still keeping security at the levels it needs to be for things to run right.

Gypsy market will be advertised on every major dark net forum. We already own 2/3 of the total user-base on dread which means we can get our stuff looking bigger than it is quite easy with some planning as well. Gypsy market will also feature a referral system that will give people who give our referral links a % of the % usually collected by the market every time that user spends funds on our products / services. This will incentivize clear net sites to to also go out of their way to post our referral links for us because they will be able to make actual money off the deal.

Gypsy market will first be hosted on certain sketchy hosting services that we know of to be reliable for people already hosting other services in the same kind of categories as ours. After things heat up a bit we will switch to our own server infrastructure.

Gypsy market will be integrated with our Gypsy prime network. The database for Gypsy market and Gypsy prime have been linked so anyone that has an account already registered on Gypsy market will automatically be able to login to Gypsy prime. This will make it faster for users to get closer to the finish line when already at checkout for some goods and they are considering using Gypsy prime 1-3 day to get their goods on time.

Gypsy market will also have a built in casino house that will feature a variety of games. This will give users and vendors another place to go and easily spend the funds which they would already likely have loaded on their “on platform wallets”. Like we said before, users on Gypsy market have the option to go wallet-less at checkout, or account-less. But to do that you will have to pay a slightly higher fee and won’t have access to Gypsy prime. You will need an account to use Gypsy prime and will need to use the in service wallet. This is how we will still get a lot of people to use the on platform forms of payment VS just going account-less all the time, thus keeping more money trading hands ON our platform which is what we are going for.

Gypsy market will have a dispute system where vendors and users can dispute their differences with market admins. In some cases where things are hard to figure out, there will be a system where a jury is round up in order to cast a vote on the situation in order to reach a resolution. Gypsy market will accept XMR, BTC, LTC, and DLZ.

Gypsy market will also have a built in coin mixer that will allow users to mix their coins for a fee. We will advocate for it’s use on the platform, explaining to our users why it is a good idea to mix their coins often to protect their own OPSEC.

GYPSY PRIME

Gypsy prime is the first Dark net based shipping system. Gypsy prime hopes to become the first real, international provider of choice for Dark net markets when it comes to shipping illicit goods. Gypsy prime is made up of a network of reshippers and mules spread over multiple countries. Every reshipper and mule is working under the Gypsy organizations rules and guidelines which keep them on track, and all operating with the same level of stealth and consistency.

Gypsy prime is a subscription based service where users will pay a monthly fee in order to stay members of the service. Once you are a member you will be able to order Gypsy prime verified products not just on Gypsy market but on any other market on the Dark net that also carries Gypsy prime products.
Gypsy prime will operate as a stand alone shipping service as well as a shipping API for other markets to use. If another market wants to combine their database with Gypsy prime so their users can auto-login to Gypsy prime we will do that and then add Gypsy prime approved posts with a “G” logo on them for their markets. So if you were a buyer and you were scrolling through the products, if you saw a listing with G you would know it was a Gypsy prime verified listing and that if you were a member with Gypsy prime you would be able to select to use Gypsy prime as your carrier at checkout for that product.

Gypsy prime will operate it’s signature advertised 1-3 day express service in the United states, Canada, Australia, and the UK. The reason why we can operate this service in these places is because of each of these countries uses a national postal service that allows people to easily ship things using flat rate 1-3 day shipping methods for a low cost where you can typically facilitate the purchase of labels for shipments through cryptocurrencies and the drop / receiving process for these packages, in these places is a little less risky due to certain things like these places having postage boxes that you can drop packages in, off camera.

Gypsy prime will receive packages using large networks of drop addresses that are confirmed to be legitimate by our employees in these places. These drop addresses are added to database for each country. Every time a vendor wants to send their goods to Gypsy prime, Gypsy prime will give the vendor a fresh unused drop address where the vendor’s goods can be shipped to. Once the vendor ships the goods, the vendor will be required to update the status of the shipment using tools in the admin panel of Gypsy prime.
Once a pack arrives to the address, a mule from our group will go to the address to get it. That mule will then transfer the package to our re shipper via dead drop. Once the vendors pack is at the Gypsy prime warehouse the vendors goods may be re packed to fit Gypsy prime requirements as we give out somewhat strict guidelines on how things need to be packaged according to category and weight. Each order placed for that vendors products will be shipped by the person running the storage warehouse. The re shipper will be able to login to Gypsy prime using a special login with limited permissions that will just allow for our re shippers to download shipping labels in either batch or individual format. Re shippers may also be able to view the status of incoming packs to their warehouse.

After the package is received, re packed, and dropped in a box, the order will arrive for the buyer in 1-3 days. The buyer will also be able to check their order status on Gypsy prime using a reference number given to the buyer at checkout when the buyer decided to use Gypsy prime to ship their goods in the first place.
Gypsy prime will also offer an international shipping service for vendors who are too afraid to ship things over seas because of the security concerns of doing so. Gypsy prime will give vendors the option to pay a premium membership where anytime a buyer from overseas places an order Gypsy prime would ship the package to the client while following Gypsy prime shipping standard guidelines to make sure that the highest possible rate of success is maintained for each shipment.

Vendors will have to pay entry fees to even be a part of Gypsy prime in the first place. We will keep these fees quite low at first to attract a user base. Once things start to become plush with user and vendors we will raise the entry fee for vendors.

GYPSY HOUSE

Gypsy house will be forum, community, seller environment for users and sellers to not just exchange information and ideas but also to exchange goods and services. Gypsy house will bring the best of what you can find on Reddit, Dread, Envoy and other main forums together all on one place. Gypsy house will be a forum that focuses on bringing a new look and feel to the way forums have come to be expected.

All too often we see old styled styled forums that make you feel like you want to jump off a cliff and wash your eyes out with bleach when you use them. We need to stop this. With Gypsy house we will be giving people modern platform with a variety of features more so than that of Dread or any of our competitors.

Gypsy house will feature an in site casino house similar to the one found on Gypsy market. This will be to give users a place to spend their coins since users seem to love to gamble when it’s really easy to do and right at your finger tips. We will focus on making the user interface of the casino as lively and realistic looking as possible with lots of CSS animations to give users a full experience unlike other casinos found on the dark net.

Gypsy house will offer seller optimized features for verified vendors. On Gypsy house vendors will be able to submit to get special flares on their accounts that show them as being verified officially by the Gypsy house mod team. After a vendor receives this flare they will unlock additional features which will make it easy for them to make posts that are more seller friendly like pre set posting formats for showing off products or services, and the ability to create their own mini stores on the forum. There will be certain sub forums on the main forum where sellers will be able to advertise their products and services in the forums if they are already verified to do so. Every verified vendor will be added to a VVL “verified vendors list” where every users for each category will be listed along with info on what they sell, where they are located “by country”,if they use Gypsy prime or not and the link to their vendor shop, or seller shop on the forum.

We have seen from the R/fakeid days that vendors and buyers do like to conduct business in a forum setting given the right circumstances. That is why we want to combine seller features in the forum to give sellers ways to conduct business ON the forum since that is where all the users should be anyway right? Every account will have a built in cryptocurrency wallet that will accept BTC, LTC, XMR, and DLZ.

Gypsy house will have a styling that is comparable to that of Gypsy prime. It will be modern, sleek, and simple to use with a warm inviting vibe that will make you want to stay on the platform. We will add lots of different content for users to consume in different areas that will give people a lot to get down when it comes to covering everything going on with the platform as a whole. Gypsy house will be the first forum to feature a seller friendly user interface that will feature vendor stores integrated into the forums. This will give people ways to spend money through official channels “optionally’ so that we can not only generate money for ourselves but also for our partners who will be making money from referral money. Just like on Gypsy market, on

Gypsy house we will feature a referral system that will give the people providing the referral links a percentage of every fee collected by the market for a certain amount of time before expiring. The market will also give users ways to communicate via PGP encryption and will be able to send users XMPP “Jabber” notifications when they get new messages, sales, or other notifications on the forum.

Gypsy house will be one of the central organs of our networks online side of things. The general mass of our user base and other user bases will go there to interact or trade products and services. It will also serve as one of the official mouth pieces for The Gypsy Organization to voice whatever it may need. We will grow Gypsy house not just by using a variety of gorilla marketing strategies but will also grow it by taking in a lot of Dreads current user base by causing large scale manipulation on Dreads platform to the point where people start to not want to use it and come to us as a better option. Additionally, we will use our massive network of Dread accounts to suck many users on Dread from their platform to ours.

Gypsy house will use the same plan for it’s servers as Gypsy market. Gypsy house will be expensively pen tested to try to find security flaws in it’s system. Gypsy house will also feature a big bounty program for all Gypsy organization online services including Gypsy house. Gypsy house will also have complex user tracking features for admins to use to spot spam and manipulation on the forums. This will be something that will happen often and sometimes on large scales so we will need to be ready for it and develop complex strategies to combat it.

Gypsy house will give users rewards in the form of our coin “Dolarz coin’ or free spins on the slot machines when they pass certain user score milestones. User score is defined by how many up votes a user gets when they make a post. Users can also be down voted which can affect the users overall score. If you can pass certain score milestones you will get certain rewards. Users will be ranked by stones and minerals. For example, ruby users, jade users, and sapphire users. This is the same rating system we use on Gypsy market.

Users or sellers who are interested in creating their own sub forums will have to first get their user past a certain milestone before their accounts will be able to create sub forums. They will also be able to pay a fee to bypass this along with a short verification form for the forum mods to view and look over to ensure there is not a rush of really unstable people in control of sub forums however, we will not be too hard on people as long as they are not doing anything that directly affects us in a bad way. This will be a good feature if you are a vendor from somewhere els that is busy and does not want to go through the trouble of posting a bunch of things that don’t actually matter to him just to get some votes so he can make a sub forum. That is too time intensive and should not be the case.

The captia system on Gypsy house will be custom. It will feature the keyboard of a piano and it will ask you to play certain simple chords in order to proceed to the forum. You will have to click on the keys of the piano to play the correct cords in order to move forward.

GYPSY POST

Gypsy post will be a dark net service for buying shipping labels from various companies both private and public such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. Gypsy post will accept a wide variety of payment methods as well as our own coin. Users will be able to import CSV’s with shipping data using a pre made template that we will make easily downloadable on the site. Users will be able to download this form and use it to fill our their shipping data or they can configure their own sites to spit of CSV’s that already format the shipping data in that format so all you would do is copy and paste.
Gypsy post will be advertised on the dark net on various forums as the label buying service for the dark net that takes pride in user security and anonymity. All order data should be auto encrypted and should only be able to be able to be decrypted using an external decryption software such as Kleopatra. This way even if the site was hacked you would not get anything useful because none of the data would be decryptable.
