그럼 만들어 볼까요!
재료 물200ml, 두유 200 ml ,한천 1큰술 , 설탕 50 g , 백옥앙금 500 g , 흑임자가루 3 큰술 , 물엿 2 큰술
1 한천1큰술을 물과 두유에 잘풀어놓고 10 분 정도 불립니다.
2. 쎈불에서 한천이 녹을만큼 (주걱이 지나간길이 보일때) 끓인후 설탕을 넣고 잘 저어 줍니다.
설탕이 다 놓았으면 약불에서 백옥앙금을 넣고 잘 풀어줍니다.
마지막으로 흑임자 가루를 넣고 물엿을 넣고 끓인후 준비해놓은 틀에 담아 식힙니다.
흑임자의 고소함과 양갱의 졸깃함이 살아있는 프리미엄급 양갱입니다.
