7 Steps to Install Your Cubicles
It is essential when installing toilet or shower cubicles to follow along with procedures. Preparation is the key and also to over look these simple instructions may cause big problems at a later date inside installation process. Step 1 Measuring up

Step 3 Fitting Partitions

Draw the precise position of the holes in the channel brackets on the walls of each and every partition ready for drilling. Drill the outlet employing a 10mm drill bit and fasten the brackets on the partition walls while using T-nuts provided.
Step 4 Fitting Partition Support
Check the attached the adjustable leg for the partition, and accommodate correct height. Ensure the partition is aligned correctly and fix adjustable legs towards the floor.

Measure up and mark off a vertical line for the side wall if fixing to a wall. Fix the three wall brackets the wall. Make sure the hinge panel is level and mark off the positions from the 3 brackets on the fascia. Fix the hinge wall to fascia channel brackets using the T-nuts provided. Your pilaster (central fascia panel) could have the hinge holes pre-drilled and fix those using the T-nuts provided.
Step 6 Fitting Head Rail
With the partitions and fascia fixed the pinnacle rail has to be placed in position within the tops of the fascia bridging the entranceway gap. Fix the top rail permanently by attaching on the fascia.
Step 7 Fitting the doors, hinges and lock assembly
Attach the hinges on the doors. Attach the indicator bolt to the door. Block the doors up to the level in the hinge panel bottom using wood and put the threshold for the blocks. Engage the lock and mark over indicator bolt on the fascia on the point you wish to attach the keep. Mark off the hinge placement for the hinge panel. To drill the hinge holes eliminate the nut in the bottom with the hinge and reassemble and attach the hinges to the walls ensuring the threshold is hung horizontal. Unlock the indicator bolt and fix the keep using the fixings provided. Set back the plastic sleeves inside the hinge for your door to seal closed or open.
