First of all, if that image appeals to you then you want to head back to Google and search for a "Boot Camp" not a Personal Trainer because I am not the right trainer for you. I choose to train my clients exclusively INDOORS within a private gym or in their home as I find this style is most beneficial to my clients.
Despite what many people think, most Personal Trainers are not sadists looking to make you throw up during your first session or your muscles so sore that you limp for a week. Let's face Maidstone Personal Trainer , personal trainers wouldn't get repeat business if they were. As your personal trainer I will encourage you to take on new challenges, build your strength and help you reach your goals, whatever they may be.
I promise I don't make my clients run laps of football fields in the pouring rain or swing a rusty kettlebell in the park; with me as your personal trainer you won't feel judged. Each client is a part of my journey. Some will be more difficult than others, but they will all have my full respect.
