"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."
This sentence means someday it wouldn't matter if you were black,white,Latino,Asian, or what ever race you are, all that would matter is the way you act. You will be judged by the way you act and the way you carry your self, not by your skin color. MLK lived in a blind world, where people were selfish and had no emotion, we still live in the same world, yet people mind set on the subject changed, now people are more understanding, and willing to open their eyes as well as their hearts. MLK wanted his children to have the same equal rights as everyone else, all men were created the same, yet they weren't treated as equals which upset MLK. MLK wanted his children to live in a nation where if they were applying for a job they wouldn't be judged for their skin color but for their ability and their skills, as well as their intelligence.
