The Secret of Olive Oil That No One is Talking About
An annual international symposium about olive oil and health hosted by the Yale School of Public Health will be heading to the middle of the olive oil world the Mediterranean region of Spain top experts will be gathered this year to discuss the possibilities and effects of what some call "liquid gold."

The symposium this year will focus on a variety of themes central to the cultivation of olives as well as what the next steps for olive oil both in human and planetary health. The topics comprise:
