小夥子花6萬多網購 收到100雙假耐克

接下來，來說說關於網購的糟心事。南安市民小陳在網上平臺購買瞭100雙耐克鞋，收到貨之後，他直接傻眼瞭。賣傢聲稱鞋子是正品，結果被耐克官方“打臉”瞭。
這批鞋子並沒有附上防偽扣，小陳懷疑自己被騙瞭。小陳想找賣傢梁某討個說法，但結果並不理想。再後來，梁某直接聯系不上瞭。

“接到報案之後，我們首先是把收到的這個空軍一號鞋子樣品，抽樣拿去廣州耐克公司那邊有個鑒定機構鑒定。鑒定出來後，這些是假冒的。後面就對(嫌疑人)進行立案勘察。”
南安市公安局溪美派出所聯合網安大隊展開調查，民警奔赴廣西，將嫌疑人梁某和陳某抓獲。梁某年僅21歲，和陳某合夥賣鞋。為何突然失聯，他是這麼解釋的。

“後面我手機號換掉瞭，那手機號換掉瞭。因為那邊他給我寄瞭一個律師函，我就在等。因為我這邊是有足夠的證據證明我是沒問題的。網絡上鑒定得物app”
到底在等什麼，梁某難以自圓其說，所謂的證據其實很有水分。

“嫌疑人供述是說，這批貨他也是找實體店的商傢購買。他也是自己通過那種網絡平臺上鑒定，根本沒有到實體店、鑒定機構去鑒定。所以他自己也不確定這些是真假，就發出去瞭。”
經調查，嫌疑人梁某涉嫌銷售假冒註冊商標商品。
