Cracking The Olive Oil Secret
A yearly international symposium on the health benefits of olive oil held by Yale School of Public Health. Yale School of Public Health will be heading to the middle of the world of olive oil in Spain top experts will be gathered in the coming months to study the impact and potential of what is sometimes referred to as "liquid gold."

Each program session will conclude in a panel discussion, followed by an open-ended Q&A. It will feature an olive oil tasting and an educational tour through the olive groves.

The Yale School of Public Health is looking to create the Yale Institute for Olive Sciences and Health The institute would be devoted to studying the scientific aspects of olive trees, their fruits and their derivatives, as well as ways to incorporate the fruits and their products in the nutrition of individuals. The institute would also be focused on global health issues, including circular economy models, sustainability as well as climate changes.
