Sariagri - Banyak langkah dapat dilaksanakan masyarakat dalam mengartikan Hari Ulangi Tahun (HUT) Kemerdekaan RI ke-76. Seperti yang tengah dilakukan penduduk daerah bawang merah di Kelurahan Kedung Asem Kecamatan Wonoasih Kota Probolinggo Jawa Timur.
Sembari bekerja bersihkan bawang merah, banyak petani di Kelurahan Terlanjur Asem mengingati Hari Kemerdekaan RI dengan memakai pita merah putih di kepala. Hal semacam itu dikerjakan selaku wujud cerminan kesayangan ke tanah air dan rasa nasionalisme.
"Kami sedang bersuka cita atas panen tumpah ruah ini kali. Lantaran itu rasa sukur kami mewujudkan dengan memakai ikat kepala merah putih sekalian lakukan proses pembersihan serta protol bawang merah," kata orang petani bawang merah, Kusumawati pada Saragri, Selasa (17/8).

Selainnya kenakan ikat kepala merah putih, beberapa petani bawang merah di Kelurahan Kedung Asem pula mengibarkan bendera merah putih di seputar lokasi di tempat.
"tidak hanya dengan memakai ikat kepala menjadi bentuk sukur atas Kemerdekaan RI yang udah diperoleh, tapi pun semangat juang beberapa pahlawan yang udah tiada layak kita contoh lewat kerja fakta walaupun kondisi masih alami endemi covid-19, " tandas salah seorang entrepreneur bawang merah, Wage Adi Sosro.
