Notes

My name is Keyana and I like to workout and become fit and strong. What I do is run track and I try to stay healthy and in shape and I do things correct when it comes to my diet but, It's kind of hard when I try to stay in a calorie deficit. I try to tell my brain that I'm not a s hungry and I see people with snacks that I can't eat as much and that affects me sometimes. So from now on I'm going to really try my hardest to keep pushing because I wan tot be in good shape and try to win state in track and I can by fighting through this obstacle. I'm a strong person and if they can do it I can too. I keep telling my self that I will do this starting now but the next few days or the weekends things don't go as planned. But finally now finally starting tonight and tomorrow I will keep my mind on the right path and fight through the negative thoughts in my head and be the strong person that I am and do this until you get to December of next month and see where my progress has come. so I will keep eating healthy and being in my calorie deficit and working out. I will look back on this day and remember and say that I really promised myself and I did exactly what I said in this note. Lastly, I will write down my motivations and goals that I would like to achieve by next month and I will make another note the month after that so I can be confident for myself and to see ifI'm a strong person as I call myself one. Starting now and tomorrow I will see changes as the day goes by.
