1. Postural Problem- I have a posture problem which my back curves and I try to always remind my self to keep my back straight and have a good posture.
2.Body Odor- I always take a bath and wash my body with soap.
3.Dental Problems- Whenever I have Dental problems I always Brush my teeth and we visit to the dentist.
4.Lack Of Sleep- for this, If I didn't get my full 8hrs. of sleep at night I always sleep at the afternoon.
