When the meat has been packaged and placed in to the cooler, you can expect it to be shipped either overnight, two or three day trips in the outback to your home.

At the Adirondack Meatworks, you can make from a number of meat for your dinner. I could get a number of different cuts of meat including ribs, beef brisket, shank, spare ribs, sirloin steak, spare flank, rack, skirt steak, turkey, and lamb. Many of these cuts were moist and very tender once the Adirondack meat shop workers wrapped them for shipping. The meat shop also had a number of different marinades available to add to any meat that you could order and most of the meat that is offered is already seasoned.
