I am not saying which you forced to do hardcore exercise to maintain you fit and healthy. But you can perform Cardio exercises like running, yoga, cycling, etc. You should concentrate on your food. You should watch meals that what you are likely to take in your breakfast, lunch and dinner. I believe which you should take 6 small meals instead of 3 heavy meals.
