The Olive Oil Mystery Revealed
An annual international symposium on olive oil and health organized by the Yale School of Public Health will be heading to the middle of the olive oil world - Spain - where leading experts will gather this year to discuss the impact and potential of what some call "liquid gold."

Co-hosted by the University of Jaen, the symposium will run between December 9 and 12 in Jaen which is a city located in the region of Andalusia which is the center of Spain's olive oil belt.
