Muzzleloader 209 Primer
Standard strength No. 209 primers are generally recommended for muzzleloaders. 209 primers They can fail to ignite black powder because of their lower power and comparatively smaller diameter flash channel. Magnum-strength primers, on the other hand, produce enough heat to ignite the charge without any trouble. If you use a remington kleenbore, it will give less fouling.
