After all of this you have some choices, wether to use ENB or Realistic Lightning Overhaul, or both, for some ENB's.

I use Bleak ENB, as seen on the screenshot, with no RLO, because it breaks the lightning and weathers.
You can of course install any other graphics improving mods, like Imaginator or Dynavision. I find them quite unnecessary with my setup.

If you DON'T have the CLEAN SAVE made before installing all of this shit, and you try to run the vanilla Skyrim opening sequence with Helgen and all that vanilla jazz - the game will freak out, the horses will have some epilepsy/parkinson shit going on, the cart will go nuts, and you will be stuck in the sequence for literally ever, not to mention the fps fuckery in this situation.

If you want to play the exact setup from above, you will have to install some sort of SKIP HELGEN BLA BLA BLA mod or make a save without any mods (pure vanilla Skyrim) when you enter the keep in Helgen (either with Ralof or Hadvar), and THEN install all the mods, change your apperence etc.
