The primary actors would be the quality and delivery manager.

Customer selects a vehicle and payment is made.
Payment processed and order is scheduled.
Booking date is specified and driver is assigned.
Notify customer the delivery date...and finally
Delivery is made.

Document/Payment not processed successfully.
Delivery date not confirmed by customer ... and
Customer not available for pickup.
