DRAFT 1 - Sky's childhood fic (Delimbyira and Lithe)
Green's Advice!: Use a framing device like an object or a room. Current idea: Fabric!
Plot: Sky's early childhood told thru vaguely chronological but disconected scenes. Very early childhood + Meeting Lithe as the Important Part + just sibling tings <3
aka: sky as baby, alternating between others commenting and sky's own participation in events. scenes showing a content baby sky, too young to be lonely without dad, and then a sadder sky, and then lithe shows up and thats the big scene. theres a little tiny scene that serves as the ending. or maybe two? showing them growing closer. ends with the blood brothers pact! :3
-Individial Scene Skeletons-:
-Delimbyira working in their office, with newly brought in baby Sky in a crib nearby. He cries and they tend to him and pick him up. A gaggle of students (monks? monk students?) come to see the Resident New Monestary Baby :O and ask questions. A(nother?) professor walks by and shoos them away, then asks their own questions and gently makes fun of Delimbyira for adopting a baby again (probably another elf who's been a monk a while, whould know their Adoption Tendencies). Baby Sky is cute and baby. End scene. :3
-Delimbyira working in a bigger section of the library, doing easy sorting work (?), with baby Sky (roughly a year and a half old, now?) carried in a cloth sling on their hip. He gets fussy and demands to be put down

Banger lines/Scene parts I think of in the moment (oh god this might be the actual draft start now fuck):
"Sky's first memory was the soft silk of Delimbyira's skirts against his cheek, a lovely, bright cyan. Them gently prying his little claws out of the nearly translucent, floral fabric of their sleeve."
