Step 1
取一粒綠豆大小的眼霜，輕輕沿著眼周點六點。
Step 2
先將手指搓熱，然後用無名指和中指，從鼻子兩側向太陽穴以點拍的方式，將眼霜塗抹均勻。
Step 3
雙手食指指節彎曲，以左右食指第二節內側面輪刮眼眶。
從眉頭開始到太陽穴輕刮3次，下面從內眼角起至太陽穴也同樣輕刮3次，來幫助提拉眼角。
這步是不是有點像小時候的眼保健操~
Step 4
用食指指節按壓眼周的六大穴位，在每個穴位點各停留3秒。
刺激眼周穴位來促進血液循環、消除疲勞外，對黑眼圈也有一定的改善作用呢!
Step 5
如果你的眼角細紋比較多，還能用中指和無名指將眼尾輕輕撐開，然後順時針按摩哦。
