20 Camarones grandes y limpios
1 vaso de ron(se cambia por cocuy)
1 diente de ajo
El jugo de un limón
3 cucharadas Mantequilla
1 cucharada de perejil picado
Sal y pimienta
Preparación
Limpie y pele los camarones y resérvelos
Aparte derrita la mantequilla y añádale el perejil, el jugo de limón, el ajo, la sal y la pimienta, luego agregue el ron y mantenga en el fuego hasta que esté en sazón perfecta. Puede flamearlo para evaporar el alcohol.
Saltear los brevemente los camarones en una plancha o sartén bien caliente, cuando tomen color, rociar con salsa.
Servir bien caliente y disponer tostadas de pan para acompañar.
