Preparation of transport documents
Documents specific to air freight must be prepared. Direct AWB, Back-to-Back AWB, Master AWB, and House AWB are the international names for the forms. Cooling of temperature-controlled goods through active and passive methods
Temperature-controlled goods can be cooled by active or passive cooling.

By using active cooling, your cold-sensitive products remain at a constant temperature throughout the entire transportation route. The temperature specification can be set at, for instance, +15 to +25 degrees Celsius.

Passive cooling of shipments depends on the product and packaging. The temperature specification, however, is only guaranteed during the flight and the storage in the airport warehouse. Although the shipment is transported by a temperature-controlled vehicle to the aircraft, delays on the tarmac are possible, which means the temperature specification cannot be guaranteed.
