Preparation of transport documents
For air freight, a number of documents need to be prepared. Direct AWB, Back-to-Back AWB, Master AWB, and House AWB are the international names for the forms. For your convenience, we can prepare the Air Waybill and the customs documents, such as the Export Accompanying Document or the EUR1 Movement Certificate, on your behalf. As well, we can offer you advice on the preparation of documents relevant to your country.

Onboard courier service
We provide services beyond the air freight carrier terminal. If you wish, we can offer you an onboard courier service to take your goods right up to the aircraft. In most cases, these consignments are small in size and can be fit into your hand luggage. Parts for machines, spare parts, and luxury items are all tracked by the onboard courier during the flight and reach their destination on time and in good condition. After your customer receives the goods, they can pick them up directly from the airport or we can arrange for their transport to the final destination.



Cooling active and passive of temperature-controlled goods
A distinction is made between active and passive cooling when it comes to cooling temperature-controlled goods.

Cold-sensitive products can be kept at a constant temperature during their entire transport route with active cooling. Typically, a temperature specification of +15 to +25 degrees Celsius can be maintained here.

In some circumstances, passive cooling is possible for shipments. It is nevertheless only guaranteed during the flight and in the airport warehouse that the temperature is maintained. Despite the shipment being transported on a temperature-controlled vehicle to the aircraft, delays on the tarmac might mean that the temperature cannot be maintained.
