Ingredientes (2 porções)
1 Batata grande
3 Cenouras
1 Dente de alho
Azeite
Peixe a gosto (60gr aproximadamente) – dê preferência a filetes e medalhões pois não têm espinhas
1 Raminho pequeno de hortelã
Preparação
Coza o peixe com o raminho de hortelã. Quando estiver cozido desfie o peixe de forma a ficar em pequenas lascas.Verifique cuidadosamente a presença de espinhas (aconselho até a desfiar o peixe com as mãos). Reserve.
Lave bem e descasque a batata, as cenouras e o alho. Corte-os em pedaços e leve a cozer por cerca de 20 minutos. Quando estiverem cozidos adicione um fio de azeite e triture os ingredientes com um pouco do caldo da cozedura (coloque a quantidade de caldo consoante a textura que pretende. Pode até triturar sem caldo e depois adicionar o caldo que considerar necessário e triturar mais um pouco para envolver tudo).
Adicione o peixe e envolva bem com um garfo.
Sirva morno.
