Genre:
My piece was a mixture of tragedy and comedy, and both had informative parts embedded into the scene. The subject could be quite serious, but could also be more light hearted. So we included some serious topics and some more light hearted ones in order to make the piece informative but still allow it to appeal to a year 8 audience.

Style:
My piece is stylised as our scenes included freeze frames and split stage. Although some of our scenes were naturalistic, such as the press conference scene.

Structure:
My piece was partially episodic, with some narrative parts. We began with an opening scene with quotes from a source. Then our next three scenes were narrative, as they all linked together Olivia and anonymous talking online and then meeting. After that, we had a separate narrative part for the David Attenborough themed scenes, with the opening for that and then each individuals backstory of their character. After those two narrative sections, we had 4 episodic scenes that all linked to each other but didn't join to tell a story.

Character:
One of the characters I played was a nature show voiceover, I had to slow down my voice, as the inspiration for this part was the My Planet documentary. I also oved calmly around the 'animals'/people as it complimented the character I was portraying, because my voice was slow and calm and so I also moved around slowly and calmly. Whilst playing this character, I made no sudden movements and faced to the front majority of the time Another character I played was a party guest in the party scene. In this scene I was a lot louder and was attached to my phone. In this scene, I was also slumped over for most of the time and only really moved around when we were posting videos on social media platforms.
