The design is an apocalyptic look. The design of the map should also be mid-poly. Dim lighting for interiors. The map should look in disarray. For buildings you do not need to add a doors just leave doorways/openings. All windows have to be big enough for a player to get through and don't add an actual window leave an opening.

If possible the map should be 4000x4000

You don't have to worry about modeling or placing trees or rocks

The things you will be working on:

Terrain: Flat Grass/ Flat Rock (like in your portfolio)
Water:The water around the map and under the bridge. The water is lower than the land. Also if you have water that fits with the style and not the realistic default water.
Bridge: you are free to design, just make sure it high up and curved. I put an image to show the bridge type.
Cities: City 1, City 2, City 3 (buildings in cities)
Towns: the orange squares on the map (houses)
Roads: Pavement for the cites and dirt roads for the towns
The Cave: refer to image (the entrance to the cave is the piece missing from the circle) The cave is above the surface. It's like a mountain cave.
Military Base: walls and buildings
The wooden cabins:(if you can not do this, no worries) can you add a fog over the cabins. You can see the range on the big map.


Apocalyptic Survival game where players will be able to travel to different cities, towns and other locations that are on the map. Players will be able loot various buildings, so buildings need to be open. Also if there are multiple floors players need to access them via stairs or ladders.


Yes, a hospital, school, police station, gun store, grocery store, pharmacy, mechanic shop, a military base, and wooden cabins. You will see these building marked on the city maps. The building that aren't marked in cities are buildings you are free to come up with. You can just create three/four different types of these buildings (they need to be a three floor minimum). Then, duplicate and spread them around according to the city's map.

The orange boxes on the big map are towns. The towns are a bunch of houses. I sketch some houses that you can reference to, also make a house with a detached garage. Then you can duplicate and spread them around. Towns have no internal map like the cities, so you are free to create your own placement.

For the hospital you can refer to my image, the hospital is 5 floors. For the hospital all you need to do is model the building, rooms, desks, stairs and the Helicopter Pad on the roof, according to the image. If possible could you also add a slow blinking red light on the inside of the lobby.

The police station is 1 floor, refer to the image.

For the school you are free to come up with the exterior look. For the interior, refer to image for school's floor plans. Props: desks, chairs, lockers, book selves. A stage in the auditorium and tables in the cafeteria. You are free to place these props where you feel it is right. Make sure things are in disorder (knocked over chairs and desk etc). You are free to design the gym.

For the military base, refer to images. The base must be surround by walls forming a pentagon. The walls are medium height. You are free to come up with the HQ design (two floors). The HQ has a Helicopter pad on the the top. Props: Barricades and Sandbags

For the Gun Store, Pharmacy and Mechanic Shop you are free to come up with the design (there all 1 floor). It has to be distinguishable from other buildings (using sign or logo). You don't need to do any props or interior for these buildings. For the wooden cabin just 1 type is fine.
