護膚並不是簡單的洗臉，然後塗抹潤膚乳。其實護膚有很大的講究，一步一步的護膚才能讓皮膚吸收護膚品中的營養物質，避免受到外界刺激，那正確的護膚步驟是怎樣的。
正確的護膚步驟是怎樣的？
1、清潔
經過一晚上睡眠後，臉部會堆積太多皮膚分泌物和細胞代謝廢物，所以早晨清潔是必不可免的。先用溫水把臉部浸濕，適量洗面奶擠在手心，雙手把洗面奶揉搓出細小泡沫後，然後均勻塗抹在臉上，用手指指腹輕輕畫圈按摩，最後再用清水沖洗幹凈。
2、深度清潔
用完洗面奶清潔後，皮膚表面仍然會有一些沒有清除幹凈的角質，或毛囊口附近堆積大量污垢，所以下一步先做深度清潔。用棉花棒蘸取少量化妝水，從下往上，從內向外輕柔擦拭，能去除皮膚表面多餘的油脂、皮屑以及毛囊口污垢。
3、塗抹眼霜
女性易出現魚尾紋、黑眼圈和眼袋，所以要塗抹具有滋潤和抗衰老功效的眼霜，用手指指腹輕輕對眼睛周圍拍打，能促進局部血液循環。
4、塗抹面霜或乳液
面霜具有保濕、美白和抗衰老功效，適合臉部和頸部肌膚吸收，面霜適合皮膚幹燥的女性。乳霜適合中性或偏油性的膚質。先把雙手搓熱，蘸取少量產品塗抹頸部和臉部，然後雙手以畫圈的方法輕輕按摩，能促進皮膚吸收其中的營養。
5、塗抹精華液
精華液中的營養物質豐富，其中含有濃縮微量元素和血清成分，能快速為皮膚補充營養。把雙手搓熱後，取適量精華液均勻塗抹在臉上，避開眼睛周圍，然後用手掌輕輕按壓U區，T區用手指指腹輕輕敲打皮膚，這樣有利於精華成分吸收。
6、塗抹隔離或防曬
出門前必須塗抹隔離霜或防曬霜，能避免紫外線和外界空氣、彩妝對皮膚帶來的傷害。把適量隔離霜均勻塗抹在臉上，塗抹時不能太過用力，以免產生皺紋。
7、面膜
先把臉洗幹凈，面膜敷在臉上，15分鐘後把面膜取下，然後用冷熱水交替清洗，能讓肌膚變得更加緊致，皮膚補充所需要的水分。

護理皮膚要一步一步的來，不能突然跳躍，不然皮膚吸收不瞭護膚品的營養物質，反而導致皮膚過剩，引起皮膚發炎或長痘痘。期間多喝水，多吃綠葉蔬菜和水果， 保養護膚 ，同時做好防曬工作。
