SariAgri - Gubernur Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, memberikan peringatan kepada pihak manajemen hotel-hotel di Labuan Bajo dan tidak segan menutup hotel jika tidak menyediakan Kopi Colol di hotel.
Gubernur Viktor mengultimatum agar hotel-hotel di Labuan Bajo hanya menyediakan Kopi Colol, sementara jenis kopi lainnya tidak dibolehkan.
menu diet sehat “Kalau ada kopi lain, kita peringatkan. Tidak mau dengar, hotelnya kita tutup,” tegasnya saat berkunjung ke kampung Colol, Desa Colol, Kecamatan Lamba Leda Timur, Kabupaten Manggarai Timur.
Gubernur NTT itu menjelaskan, jika Kopi Colol dikemas dalam bentuk sachet akan memudahkannya untuk masuk ke hotel maupun toko-toko untuk dipasarkan.
“Setelah itu, kalau sudah ada, seluruh hotel di Labuan Bajo tidak ada kopi lain hanya Kopi Colol,” tegasnya.
Ia menambahkan, Kopi Colol layak untuk disajikan di hotel-hotel berkelas di kota wisata premium Labuan Bajo.

Saat ini, kata Viktor Labuan Bajo sedang didorong untuk menjadi super wisata premium. Lanjut dia, produk yang masuk di kota tersebut tentu produk-produknya juga harus super premium.
“Kenapa kopi colol kita anggap super premium? Karena dia telah mendapatkan predikat kopi terbaik,” pungkasnya.
