SariAgri - Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat rata-rata harga beras kualitas premium di penggilingan sebesar Rp9.550 per kg pada April 2021. Artinya turun 0,60 persen dibandingkan bulan sebelumnya.
Untuk beras kualitas medium di penggilingan capai Rp8.979 per kg atau turun sebesar 1,91%, rata-rata harga beras luar kualitas di penggilingan sebesar Rp8.675 per kg atau turun sebesar 0,76%.
Deputi Bidang Statistik Distribusi dan Jasa BPS, Setianto mengatakan dibandingkan dengan April 2020, rata-rata harga beras di penggilingan pada April 2021 untuk kualitas premium, medium, dan luar kualitas masing-masing turun.
"Selama April 2021, survei harga produsen beras di penggilingan dilakukan terhadap 1.195 observasi beras di penggilingan pada 896 perusahaan penggilingan di 31 provinsi," kata Setianto di Jakarta, Senin (3/5/2021).

Selanjutnya, dari 2.523 transaksi penjualan gabah di 27 provinsi selama April 2021, tercatat transaksi gabah kering panen (GKP) 65,36 persen, gabah kering giling (GKG) 13,71 persen dan gabah luar kualitas 20,93 persen.
